One right now, which has only 48k subs, uploaded a video 10 minutes ago and has 204 views. Another, which has roughly the same sub count at 413k subs, has a video pending premier and won't go live for another 6 hours has 101 people 'waiting' (whatever that means).
Look at when the uploads happened. 3 or 4 hours earlier. Not enough time to gain traction yet.
