That's a cop-out. Sex has nothing to do with whether murder is being committed. You just want to commit murder as you please. The logic of your position leads directly to infanticide, which is actually being advocated as a finishing touch to abortion: "If it is born, we set it aside, make it comfortable, and let nature take its course."
