Why would the cabal play along with devolution? There is such an obvious play for them in such a scenario. People THINK Joe Biden is President. The news calls him President. Foreign leaders call him President. He delivered the State of the Union address as President. If he's not actually the President, most people don't know this.

So if I'm the cabal and any white hats try that I'm calling a special news conference and announcing that there has been a military coup and rogue elements of the military and our own government, backed by the Russians, are loyal to the former President and have tried to seize control. I have French President Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau and all my other cabal assets either there with me or issue simultaneous statements to the same effect.

I name any assets in the military and in the civilian agencies that would be part of that hain of command that aren't loyal to the cabal as members of the coup.
