This is a National Science Foundation newsletter from 2009, it says Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave the NSF $50 Million. This is old news but $50 million goes a long way.

This. or he only needs to grow enough to infect the food supply growing around his farm(s). Say he has 20K acres in the midwest -- corn, potatoes, soy, wheat.... and his crops seed into the other crops, changing them?
