CCP isnt "deepstate", is it?

I will start with how I describe "deepstate" to normies, so you will see my baseline of understanding... plus, this logic has really worked, so I am happy to share it. But, I am reluctant to say the CCP is the same thing.

When I tell normies about the deepstate, and they disagree that it exists, I ask them, "Do you believe there are Mexican cartels?" They say,"Yes".

So then I ask, "Do you believe they place their own guys in the police departments or bribe existing police? Do you believe they threaten judges or infiltrate the government? Do you believe they traffic drugs, guns, and humans for money?" They say, "Yes."

I say, "That is the same as the deepstate, only the deepstate infiltrates ALL the countries, including the banking systems (except in Russia), so they get control, wealth, and power. They want a one world government, a depopulated world, and full centralized control of our financial, educational, medical, governmental, and personal lives."

It seems that the CCP is also part of the NWO deepstate, but just further advanced towards communism and complete tyrrany against the people of China. But, then again, I am not sure if they have anything to do with the central banks, so they seem separate from the NWO elites. (China uses social credit scores, but I am not sure if they also print money and set the economies of countries, like is done by the central banks.)

Both would like to control the politics of the world, but the deepstate seems to want to do it by scaring us into giving away our sovereignty, property, and rights, and the CCP seems to want to put countries in debt, then take property and assets when the debt cannot be paid. CCP also tyrannically controls the people of China, so that is similar to the goals of the deepstate.

The CCP, the deepstate, and the Mexican cartel all just seem like the mafia to me.

I could use some clarity, because I am discussing these things with some normies lately, and I do not want to be misinformed.
