Wow - well done my FREN. Just listening to your story I was vicariously living through you. It feels good man doesn’t it! 🐸
I just imagine if each person in a community would actively reach out to work as a poll worker, or at a local school, or just get involved somehow, we could be cleaning up the trash the same way politically.
I culture jam the left like this all the time. Not blue hair, mind you, but I definitely get down to their level and subvert expectations from within.
It's an OG's duty.
Also, the cross was definitely a sign. I have one I got from a craft project of recovering addicts who've come to Jesus. They apparently were doing basic woodworking as part of the recovery and had a huge basket of crosses for free. Put mine on a paracord, wore it constantly but it was frankly too large lol. It's on the car mirror now. Regardless, totems are no joke.
As an aside, there's a lady who picks up trash at the neighborhood parks I go to. Does it quietly, just her and her dog. Never talked to her (she was always off in the distance) but she definitely sparked some pride for the community in ME. Small sparks create brushfires. You're doing God's work. Thanks for sharing.

Great job I’m impressed.!
Good point! Make it happen. When you color your hair I want to hear about it. I want to be the first to know!
