I noticed none of those who downvoted you tried to correct you, because they can't. I don't know what the solution is to all the "unwanted black babies", but I think welfare needs to end ASAP. This may make the situation worse at first, but the welfare state is unnatural, unfair, and unsustainable. In the old days, orphanages had to rely on private donations/charities, thus there was accountability. When destructive behavior is supplemented, it is in a way encouraged.
