True that, but there should be an issue relating to pain- An animal is treated cruelly and painfully, and we justly fight for the abuser to receive justice, and as you yourself said:

Third term abortions should end, granted. I would go further than that- Even as early as eight weeks, a pre-born Child may feel pain, so this should be considered. State's rights should have plenty of say, but not after the second Trimester.

Funding PP is a Congressional issue, and in particular the House. Even CNN Reported that, when abortion is singled out as a Planned Parenthood 'service' , a large majority of voters do not want it funded: https://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/11/18/abortion.poll/index.html?_s=PM:POLITICS

I would be inclined to believe that the numbers may even be higher than this, since there has been some activity to win hearts and minds on the pro-life front since this poll was taken.
