Technically, he resigned because of the sex scandal right????? yeah I know, April of 2022 so it could all have been a cover. but wait he retired in April so then he immediately fly's to Ukraine so he can be in the bunkers and get captured???? Oy, Vey! Oy, Gevalt!!!
