... it does not respresent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.

(a) Look for a criminal working within Alito's office as the leaker. How else would someone get their hands on his particular writings?

(b) Enough pressure could be put on that they will NOT rule to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Don't assume anything.

Also considering this is Alito’s words to everyone else on the SC makes me a little more hesitant to believe this will rule in our favor.

I thought Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Thomas gave their approval/supported this draft.
