Sorry, if devolution has occurred the people in charge are obligated by their oath to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and not a single action of the Federal Government these last 14 months has done that. If devolution allows the continued invasion our unsecured borders by foreign nationals than the people behind it are every bit my enemies as the Democrats. Nobody that allows us to be invaded is on my side or on the side of the rule of law.
