I would make anybody wanting an abortion roll a 6-sided dice.

On any number 2-6... she can have the abortion.

If she rolls a 1... the baby lives (or she has to carry it to term)... but then the woman is executed.

Have as many or few abortions as you'd like. Eventually, you're going to roll a '1'.
