We don't know the Roe / Wade decision. We have a leaked draft that would be used if it went one way.
Not enough people get this.
Eh not exactly...they dont draft an opinion for every way the vote could go.
They vote first and afterward the majority and minority choose who they want to write their opinion and begin writing them. As time goes by they exchange their drafts with one another so that the other side my comment on the other sides arguments. This is why you see references in majority opinions about the dissenting opinions’ arguments and vice versa.
Now, it can happen that in this process someone changes their vote after reading arguments from the other side but on an issue such as this one on Roe which has been almost universally seen as bad law even by people on the left including Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the votes are not likely to change.
How exactly did you become so learned on the internal workings of the SC, down to what the staff of individual Justices do to prepare?
Went to law school and became an attorney
bullshit
