This may be a hat tip to his Boring Company, but this sounds like comms to me. I have no idea what he's saying if so, but at this point it's pretty much gotta be comms.
It suggests the Freemasons "fell". Which would suggest they are not the agency they once were. It suggests that economics was involved somehow in their fall. There's probably more to it than that though. I'm just not seeing it at first blush.
