I think ANY "vaxxed" person would be wise to monitor and support three major body systems:
Cardiovascular -- heart problems, vein and artery damage, strokes, etc
Immune -- lowered immune competence can lead to DNA damage going unrepaired, to cancer, to infectious disease of all types, to autoimmune damage, and more.
Neurological -- Damage to nerves, including the spinal cord and to the brain, causing (in many cases) debilitating and perhaps**** life-long damage.
Most "vax" injuries seem to be in these three areas, AND they can lead to injuries or symptoms anywhere in the body. One of the released Pfizer docs lists almost 1,300 different KNOWN side effects (many serious and some lethal), which IMO shows that the Pfizer "vaccine" causes harm to literally every part of the body. (How many parts of your body don't need blood, for example)?
Is there anything that provides long-term protection against "vax" damage to these systems? Not that we know of, because there hasn't BEEN a long term yet.
But there are things known and scientifically proven to protect those three systems, at least in the UN"vaxed". And some are known to improve or reduce the likelihood of certain "vax" symptoms in those who took the jab.
There are no silver bullets here. Pharma wants to sell the victims of their "vax" pills (and surgeries and anything else they can sell) to solve the problems caused by the "vax" but I expect most or all of those will be expensive ways to -- as with the "vax" itself -- make things worse.
Many supplements, a few drugs, careful diet and non-extreme exercise, and frequent blood testing can all be beneficial to normals (the non-"vaxxed") and will protect and often improve the three systems listed above. I believe, and there is some evidence that, the same approach can help protect people from "vax" injury. How strong that protection is, how long-lasting it might be, how much of which supplements and so on might be optimal, I don't know and I doubt that there are solid answers even available right now.
I've spent decades reading articles, books, scientific studies, and so on about health, diet, supplements, disease prevention, etc. -- it's been a hobby of mine since my teens and a way to proactively defend against some of my own habits (former smoker, drinker, junk foodie, etc). Even a long magazine article wouldn't be enough to cover what I'd like to convey here and -- important point -- wouldn't be more than a start of what someone who took the "vaccine" NEEDS TO KNOW, in my opinion, to have a chance at effectively protecting themselves against what the bio-weapon is doing to their body.
98% (possibly a bit too precise) of people won't spend the time, effort, or money to learn what could really help them and then act on that knowledge. This is a life-and-death situation, and still -- they just won't.
For a starting place with plenty of good, free information (and from an organization with both medical and scientific advisory boards), I suggest browsing the protocol sections at Life Extension. The information there is far from exhaustive and new information (and new products) come out often. Make a habit of stuffing your brain with information from generally reliable sources and you'll have a better chance of beating the odds -- in regards the "vax" or in regards your health even if you've never been near a toxic "vaccine."
