The thing about nukes is this isotopes used have a fingerprint that shows exactly where they came from. If they do set one off I will be the fingerprint will show it was US made.
Unless they got Russian material.
Or perhaps Russia has our material via Hillary and Uranium 1.
Many Countries to blame and many possibilities, just 1 needed. And it takes time for analysis, investigation, etc.
