Q is not God. God does not lie.
Q stated that disinformation was necessary and we see what are technically lies and misdirection used to fight the cabal within the posts.
Do not make false idols out of people, even if you appreciate what they are doing.

Your response here is at odds with your OP. You directly asked if Q was God or Jesus.
Our human leaders are always fallible and sin despite best efforts. That does not mean they cannot still serve God and His plan.
Op was a question. An opening to a discussion and search for greater understanding. God can do whatever he wants. All things were created for him and there is nothing that was made, including evil, that was not made for his glory!
