Yet by the Gallup poll numbers, 58% of Democrats support the death penalty (as of 2004, it is probably a lot less than that who support it now), so how is it that they are all in favor of killing innocent babies who didn't do anything to deserve a death penalty and can forgive sadistic, heinous criminals who actually deserve the death penalty?
