Wife and I having a discussion in the car. She's so hung up on the sexual assault thing, my answer is the second amendment for that point.

But I tell her my parents conceived me while using protection, and I'm glad that they didn't kill me because I was an inconvenience to them.

Although I disagree with it to, why wait and have an abortion when plan B is accessible? And with abortion being legal they kept pushing it til finally they made no bones about wanting to murder infants. And yes, if we killed a few more rapists, we could ensure that the scenario your wife is concerned about would be exceedingly rare.
