Question is...can I take all 3 together? Or should I use them in separate cycles?

Yeah and I've never heard Dr. Z say to use both HCQ and Ivermectin at the same time, one or the other at the appropriate dosages. Both are zinc ionphores but Ivermectin is also an anti-viral and anti-parasitic while HCQ is not.
My understanding is that HCQ is more for prevention, save the Ivermectin for when you have actual symptoms.
On his website for moderate/ high risk patients he does recommend both.
Hydroxychloroquine is also effective against Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and some forms of cancer.
You could say similar about ivermectin. I believe they are both capable of curing many illnesses.
