Actually, we should expand the House.

3,000 of these dumb motherfuckers would be a lot harder to control than only 435.

And each would have less power to do corrupt things.

And it would be easier for a regular person to get in. With so many they would cover a small geographic area. It would be a matter of literally convincing your neighborhood to vote you in. You wouldn't need a $1 million campaign.
