What I care about is that a small number of conservative justices, who lied about their plans to the Senate, intend to deprive millions of women of reproductive care.

I see. Wasn't it a "small number of liberal justices" that decided Roe vs Wade? Should Reagan have packed the court based on Schiff's rationalization?

And since when are Justices beholden to the Senate on anything?

If Schiff doesn't care how it leaked, get ready for all liberally decided drafts to leak. After all, it's just a sideshow right? Nothing to take seriously, right?
