it's more awful to say that a child must be murdered to spare a woman from pregnancy, imho. you'd be surprised how many women make the choice to carry the child.
When you put it so simply, sure. But situations arenβt always that simple. I understand some women make the choice to carry the child, and thatβs their choice. My point is it should be a choice, and not forced.
this was where the the game started. do you know abortion was described early on as "safe but rare" ?
What part of "thou shall not kill" is confusing?
The sad part is if she gets raped and pregnant in the wrong state, her rapist may have access to her through custodial rights of the child he fathered. THAT needs to change.
If you believe abortion is murder and thus she has no right to end a life, then she has no right to end a life.
