So I'm confused on something, I'm in VA and my District, 11, has two columns, Democrat & Republican with the D column having Primary in it but R column blank.

Can anyone explain this porfavor?

Edit: I just found a candidate list and apparently no R's are running in my district :(

Edit: edit: Yeah, I don't know, looking at my local GOP site shows 5 Congressional candidates, but isn't that a separate election than Reps? Shit, I really need to learn more...
