Quick question? Do You think Ivermectin is a wonder drug?

Do you know/think if it would help with simple illnesses? Sorethroats, flu, stomach problems, etc. Or is it mostly effective for more complex illnesses? Cancer, etc? Wondering if I should try it with this horrendous strep throat. BTW, big notice on UC Health web page re Covid in big bold letters. IVERMECTIN SHOULD NEVER BE USED TO TREAT COVID 19!

If you have Ivermectin why not just use it? It even helps as a prophylaxis for flu/covid etc soyou got nothing to lose. And if it helps you with Strepthroat, then its a valuable data point.
