Best course available please. He and his wife are doctors (i know....). Regardless, his kids need a dad, and his wife needs a husband. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Im at nicotine, nac, vit c, aspirin, and ivermectin. They are doctors and can lie to get what he needs. Anything else im missing?

He dying as we speak. At home after cardio tests while ignoring sever blood toxicity. Anything extra i missed?
