I don't understand. Why would they be training Ukrainians?
I would read very carefully about the Ghost Army (you see their crest in the video).
Remember how we kept saying those videos in Ukraine looked fake? The Ghost Army became famous (declassed in 1996) for making fake tanks, fake battles and fake everything. They conducted faked battles to deceive the enemy.
They were often on the front line or even in enemy territory for some of these illusions. The enemy believed these were real. They fell hard for the deceptions of the Ghost Army.
I am only speculating but things may not be what they seem. The art of deception.
I believe this was the unit George S Patton was appointed to on D Day. He was super pissed about it.
Micheal Aqunio brought in what he called "ghost tapes" to his Psychlogical operations role for the Military during vietnam, and by all reports, they were highly effective.
U.S. engineers spent weeks recording eerie sounds and altered voices, which acted roles of slain Việt Cộng soldiers. The United States also brought in South Vietnamese soldiers to record their audio sayings over the tape for further authenticity. The tape, dubbed Ghost Tape Number Ten, was played on loudspeakers in areas of Việt Cộng activity, generally at night.[2] Helicopters were also deployed at times to broadcast recordings[3] in which the pre-recorded voices called on their "descendants" in the Việt Cộng to defect and cease fighting. The United States would also use patrol boats going up and down the river playing the ghost tape. The United States would also deploy special infantry to infiltrate enemy lines and play the recording too. Most of these types of operations did take place at night.
so that means what? They are blackhats?
