This post is new to me so I thought I'd share.

"Strengthen my faith, Lord. Forgive my sins, so that I may be clean in your righteousness. Make me brave, so I can stand and fight the spiritual battles in my life and in our world. Give me your wisdom and discernment so I won't be caught off guard. Together, Lord, we'll win, because in truth, you already have. While evil still roams, the power of Your name and Your blood rises up to defeat and bring us victory against every evil planned against us. While malicious actions may disturb us, we use the armor of God You have given us to stand firm. You will bring justice in due time for all the harm and needless violence aimed at Your children. Until then, we remain in Your presence, aligned with Your purposes, and we look to You as our Supreme Commander and Protector. Help us to avoid temptation, and deliver us from evil, Lord. You are the Mighty One, the One Who will ultimately bring all evil to light. With You, Jesus, we are safe. Amen."
I wasn't never much into God before I started really coming here. Like, I just didn't have that pure faith you can't fake. I'd prayer on occasion but only when I wanted something
Lately I've found myself praying much more often, sometimes just to thank them for what they've ALREADY done for me
I'm trying to get into the Bible as well. I've tried before but always just ended up lost in the vocabulary and such, lost interest
But I've noticed the more I open up to God and accept Christ as my armor - I been seeing ALOT more pro-god things on stuff like Facebook Reels and many times it's things that very much relate to what I'm feeling and going thru, or just plain things I needed to hear
I feel this is truly the great war of good and evil we've been told about
Along with you and me, a huge number of others have let Jesus into their heart over the last few years. He is calling all his children and many have heeded.
God loves us more than we can imagine. It is an unbelievable blessing to live through these times, having been given the gift of insight.
Others will react with fear or anger when the storm comes. We will respond with love, faith, and hope for a future filled with light.
I've always had this idea that heaven and hell aren't these physical places of either subterranean fire or gated communities in the clouds...
They both exist in the mind. If you carry a soul that isn't weighed down by your sins and genuinely try to be a good person, you can have nearly nothing and still be in a mental state of peace, heaven
But if you bury yourself in evil and just genuinely being a shit person... life can feel like hell. I think that's part of why they got so many people - especially the youth - either genuinely going thru so much depression and anxiety (or even worse just pretending they do since it's damn near the new trend) cause the further away from inner peace you are...the further you are from god
