Telling me what I can and cant have on my property is the same as you telling me I gotta be jabbed to be allowed to earn money.
His point is that you have the choice of not purchasing a home that's part of an HOA
That is a valid point. However the unfortunate truth is that there are more properties under HOA than are not.
Did you sign a contact with your employer that gives him permission to force experimental drugs into your veins?
No? Then you’re comparing apples to oranges. When you purchased the house (or signed a rental contract), you were informed that you were required to abide by the rules of the HOA, and YOU made the decision to move forward with the contract.
You had the choice to NOT buy or rent that house. No one buys a house without knowing there are HOA deed restrictions.
You signed the contract, now you’re reaping the rewards. You can be pissed off about it all you want, but your situation is of your own making.
Reee’ing about it on the internet won’t change anything. Sell the fucking house and buy in a non-HOA neighborhood, or convince a majority of your neighbors to abolish the HOA.
With that said, I too hate Karens.
Does that mean you technically dont own your property if you have to abide by HOA rules? Is it really your property then? You cant make decisions for YOUR house if you have to ask Kevin down the street for permission. You come at me with this bull shit of its YOUR decision to do this and that and sign the contract with the HOA. Congratulations you defended communism. Yet why is it you aren't allowed to back out of an HOA contract when you purchase a house? So thank you for proving another thing true. HOA are nothing but a communist scam meant to lie to "home owners" that they "own" a home when in reality you dont. Even if you have the deed to the house the house it does not belong to you. And yet you're here defending that form of communism. By the way I dont own property with HOA if you're curious since you seem so intent on "owning" me I'll let you know I didnt invest in that kind of property cause I knew HOAs were a scam from the get go. Its HOAs that will come at you saying you cant have a gun in your house. Yet you say it's not unconstitutional?
Correct. You voluntarily accept the conditions of the sale (deed restrictions) when you purchase a house in an HOA.
Not sure what else to tell you, but the Constitution absolutely allows you, as an individual, to sign away your rights voluntarily. Which is what you do when you buy a house in an HOA.
Everything else you wrote here is just whiny complaining, and your refusal to accept how things are.
Now if you truly don’t understand this law school year one concept, I’ll be happy to answer any other questions you have. If you’re just going to argue or complain further, don’t waste my time.
YOURE the one responding. YOURE the one wasting your time. I didnt go to law school. I understand the law. My point is it shouldn't exist but by all means go ahead and keep talking like some big shot lawyer.
