Lin has talked about his spiritual conversion happening only a few years ago. It seems to me it caused a kind of psychotic break; his speech sounds more like “religious ideation,” obsessing over who has transgressed.

I don’t know if he’s an agent placed to muddy the waters or if he’s just flipping out of his mind. Holmseth, however, seems legit.
