Not sure if this is obvious, but I think Elon was orgiginally part of an effort to enslave humanity with technology, but was (probably) flipped by the Q team.

This article did some good research on the potential of Elon having been flipped during Trump's term, after initially vowing to try to undermine him: https://decodingsymbols.wordpress.com/2021/02/13/elon-musk-the-x-bank/

He still talks about implanting people with AI which makes me wary, but it's possible that it's about maintaining the continuity of personality for optics.
