The man is confused or not informed. September used to be the 7th month in Roman times when the months were named. The year started in March, the beginning of Spring. March is the 1st month, April is the 2nd month, etc. up to December, the 10th month.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xh_ZbLjNd7Y Here is part 1 of 5 it was a 2 day seminar mostly talking about Natural Citizenship.. Occationally he expounds on Q and alternative history.. I found the full seminar fascinating but had alot of time to watch the full 8 hours.. Part 1 and 2 have most of the gems, 3-5 was alot of repetition and further detail.. I would recommend watching.
