Note there is no race on this birth certificate. Very minimalistic information. Hmmm.....Drip, drip, drip=flood? Was his mother really married when she gave birth?

I have no clue, just that if that is a legitimate birth certificate it was really abbreviated. Here our birth certificates ask a lot more like education of parents.
