The very fact that people were stuffing multiple ballots -any multiple ballots - into a box 25 times a day, then turning around and peeling off the latex gloves they had on and dropping them in a conveniently-placed trash barrel is more than enough to charge them with a crime. Because that alone is a crime. Wake up!
