With that being said they need law enforcement and a judges signature to pull these records to get information of perpetrators from all major cell phone carriers. I mean they have the cell tower data.
If those phones are just "work phones" they should be able to see who paid for said phones.

It would be so easy for them to sync up geo data with the footage? I don't understand what is going on. They seem like they literally have the smoking gun that would be completely undeniable evidence of fraud. So why didn't they release it?
It seems like everything is just becoming more blatant. If they have the video (they should, or they're lying). Perhaps it's being withheld intentionally? Kind of like a "checkmate" situation. Force admissions and evidence cleanup. Or drop the MOAB of all 2,000 Mules content.
