God created all things, but before creation, there was darkness. So, that is what existed before creation. When there was not a creation of the sun, it was the absence of those things and it was cold and dark.

Genesis 1

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.

He did not create the darkness. Similarly, I believe it's the same with sin; sin is the absence of God.

God is love...

1 John 4:8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love...

Love is...

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things...

The absence of these things are not God and I would consider hate. I believe God did not create hate, I believe it's the absence of Him.

Jesus is the way...

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me...

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life...

Jesus is God in the flesh, the absence of Jesus is eternal death. God didn't create eternal death, I believe it is the absence of Him.

The fruit of the Spirit...

Galatians 5:22-26

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another...

The Spirit is God, these things are the fruit of the Spirit which there is no law against, the absence of these things are desires if the flesh. I believe God didn't create desires of the flesh, they are the absence of Him.

Galatians 5:16-22

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
