I agree but how do you prove that. Like you said the lawyer will come up with some bs.

If I was a cop and knew someone committed voter fraud and knew that they would probably get away with it because of not "knowing" the law....I would wait and catch them on a crime that would stick. I am pretty sure these people have no moral compass and are committing crimes often.
