Correct. Additionally, exigent circumstances and immediate harm clauses are applicable, depending on locality.

I've been encouraging local PD members to watch 2000 Mules and letting them know that True The Vote has offered to fully support law enforcement officers with their data. One of the libraries shown with a dropbox getting stuffed is less than a mile from me.
