My son has intense acne, and this is a dig I am onto now. The soaps we use strip our faces of oil. Our own body oil is very protectant. When we strip it with the harsh soaps, and very hot water we use to bathe it open our pores. But also stops our bodies from producing out own oils, because of the shit they use in the creames and balms. Furthermore. I had been noticing some hair loss. At my age it is expected. But this was a bit more than normal. I dug into shampoo and showering and stuff. Shampoo strips the hair completely clean. Removing the oils. And thusly making it choke off and die at the roots. I started using a natural black soap. With activated charcoal and sea salt. I use this in my hair also. I do not wash my hair everyday. I do it twice a week with soap. Otherwise I just mainly rinse. After about 2 weeks, your hair stops being "greasy" and its notrmal. Infact mine is growing back. Also face masks played a huge part in my son's acne. Hope this all helps. And gives you a start point for "Googleable" shit. :D happy hunting!
Which shampoo are you using? Would be very interested in giving it a try.
Cold showers are AMAZING! It does wonders for keeping the skin smooth and hydrated, gives a nice energy boost, and is so much better for hair. Not going to lie, I LOVE a hot shower, but we have been conditioned to believe we should be taking them for enjoyment and feeling good when it is so much worse for our health than a cold shower is.
I use a natural soap. I get it from amazon. The brand of the makers is called "the soap guys" They sell soap loaves. And the ones I use are the black soap ones. And the activated charcoal ones. These are what I use as my "shampoo" soap is soap :D. There is also a natural body wash called "Native" I think is the name. And that is a really natural one too. Also if you have acne, a health and wellness youtuber I watch just made a video about aCNE. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Smi75dWQ0KY
