X22 has been a go-to for me for many years, because it's positive take on world events. However, at this point, no laws passed or justices confirmed mean shit. I don't even know if a SCOTUS decision would be valid... maybe. I think whether devolution is a go or a head-fake for something different, makes all of this moot point, IMHO. If Biden II (Bsmt BHO) starts WWIII, Durham has a heart attack and GITMO closes all in the same few weeks, then I will pay more attention to the MSN/ DS drama.
It can be used as a way to get rid of justices because some senators are saying that they lied at their confirmation hearings.
Their defense will still be that the ruling is against Federal overreach. They really are not ruling against Roe vs Wade, so there is no lie. Their ruling is to return power to States in the matter.
