Made in University NC, Chapel Hill, Fort Detrick is my best bet, leaked in Wuhan BSL4 spread through Northern Italy (where shortly before they had a "Hug a Chinese" person week declared by the Mayor) then onto the USA via Tacoma Airport, Seattle on the 15th Jan 2020, shortly after Pelosi visited China incidentally!
