Ghosts in the machine. If you look at the military as the machine and it is currently run by insane people, the ghosts are the ones who linger in the shadows and pull strings. So in a positive way, the shills like milley and austin may think they run it and on a superficial level they do but the true control belongs to those they don't even know exist. wh is what I am praying.
