I don't find this explanation satisfactory. Just watching the clip carefully throws a lot of light on so many things.

Opening scene:

if your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to irritate him, pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant

I assume this is from Sun Tsu, Art of War. Who is someone with choleric temper?

Choleric people are extroverted as well but in a more leadership-oriented sense. They are logical and use facts. We'll go into further detail of this personality type later on.

It is not hard to imagine that the Cabal elites are the opponents of choleric temper.

How irritated them? Pretended to be weak? And caused the enemy to grow arrogant?

Why Trump of course. I cannot find a more succinct description of what he did over the past 6 years.

After the short clip from the Betty Boop, we see the clip of the scene of "tear down the wall Mr Gorbachev" and right after that we see:

Who is pulling the strings?

And we see what looks like a conductor directing a performance in shadows.

This is an important point in history - when USSR fell and the world became unipolar. It is clear that the deep state were pulling the strings here. We have all long theorised how the Cabal attempted to pull the plug on USSR once Stalin started purging the Cabal agents, and it took them another 4 decades to bring the train to a halt.

But I think the video provides a hint at who was actually carrying out those orders, we will see further down.

We then see the chess board with pieces that look larger than life. Hint that this is all part of the chess game. 5D chess?

Then the clips show the words: "Of a world at war" and "You will find us in the shadows" "At the tip of the spear"

And then it switches to the scene "A threat rises in the east" and we see the CCP soldiers marching in a parade.

Followed by the news ticker on time square "Russia Invades Ukraine"

This whole sequence is clearly telling a story. The world is a Chess board - a great game - and there are people in the shadows pulling the strings of all major happenings. From the fall of USSR to the rise of CCP and now Russia invading Ukraine, its a continuum, and the SOF are the ones on the group spearheading all these things, again behind the shadows.

The next sequence is the rapidly evolving warfare, ending with

And all the world's a stage

and the shadow conductor finishing is performance and the curtain dropping.

This frames the great game beyond just fall of USSR. Its saying that all warfare we have seen has been orchestrated by the figures in the shadows, and the whole world has always been just a stage. But the curtains are dropping on this stage!

Then we hear the recording of what seems to be a hearing of some kind that is describing the psywar division (or SOF in general). This would be a great thing for Anons to dig up - whose voice is that? Where is it from? I am guessing it might be from the NSAM Kennedy signed creating SOF, or some one else describing it later.

Here we are given an idea of what exactly they do, what is PsyWar, and we can immediately understand how PsyWar can be used to perform all the operations we were shown in the previous clips.

We are then shown what can be described as narrative building and propaganda in just a couple seconds of clips.

We are shown "We come in many forms" and "we are everywhere" and "a feeling in the dark"

We also see more clip from the Betty Boop (more on that later).

We are then shown recent popular uprisings all over the world. Saddam Hussein statue, for instance, is recognisable. I am assuming the clips cover south america, middle east, africa etc.

There are more clips of chess moves, again hinting that all these popular uprisings are part of the "great game" and the PsyWars is behind it.

Then we see the word "Ghosts" becomes "Ghosts in the machine" exactly as we see the further clip of the Betty Boop, where one of the minions of the evil queen becomes a ghost. This to me is a bold confession that they were made into the ghost minions of the Cabal. That is als the perfect explanation of why they were behind all the events shown so far.

And just as we are pondering whether they are the good guys or the bad guys we see the words:

What are we?

And then

PSYWAR

And then we see:

Verbum Vincent

Can be translated as the word wins or the word of the conquerer

It could just be the motto for the psywars.

What we have seen so far is essentially a story telling of the disclosure of the elites in the shadows, and the tools they use, even the PsyWars and SOF, and how they are being ended and clearly the PsyWars are not fully working for the good guys.

They couldnt very well drop this disclosure without plausible deniability, so they wrap it into a recruitment video in the very last segment. Clearly, having a recruitment video for something like psywar would beat the purpose. Hence its not one. Its a disclosure video.

And a fantastic one as well.
