I sold it to a company who buys houses for cash, bringing the next buyer with them to look at it, and then sells the house on a lease-option-to-buy basis to those next individual buyers, who are people like you and me.
Later, I wondered if that was a Blackrock company. So, that is why I joked about it now. It worries me.
But, doesnt Blackrock keep their purchases? This company was on a two-year contract with the individual new buyer immediately after closing with me.
Maybe Blackrock ultimately does keep a lot of houses this way, cuz if the buyers default, the buyers lose their down-payments..and the houses revert to the original company who fronted the money to the original sellers.
