Think Finding Nemo, Pinocchio, and the whale that saved Jonah.
Whales take a whole lot into themselves, and make your enemies wait.
Moby Dick's nemesis was the White Whale, which many see as a metaphor for himself -- or rather his Inner Evil persona.
I think the prior examples lend themselves better to what a Whale actually is.
A Whale is the greatest adversary of all -- Patience.
The common thread between all of them is a slow, purposeful Patience that requires one to wait for the proper time to "blow."
We're always waiting for the whale to blow us out of our limbo.
Whales in Video Game parlance refer to those who hoard virtual items. Someone who buys absolutely everything from a Free-To-Play game from the cash shop are considered whales.
Ironically, one could say they are the face of impatience, willing to purchase NOW everything they could otherwise obtain in game over time.
Stacey Abrams, as we are discovering, acted as the fulcrum for their ballot harvesting. She provided a base-camp for them to return to in order to receive instructions on dead drops and where/how to drop the ballots off.
She provided safe harbor for all the mules, under her massive fat flaps.
Once 4AM came around, she blew them out of her gaping blowhole, and they went to work across the entire city.
When done, they would return to base, in the safety of the Whale, and wait for further instructions and/or payment.
Good decode. Stacey is a Whale. I suspect that there are many others -- one for each state or precinct.

Just thought this was interesting, considering the talk of mules.

Sleepydude, I never fail to learn something from your posts. :-)
Oh my gosh get out of my head I just posted about gaming whales lol. I need to read all the comments first next time.
Nah, it's fine. It just helps prove I'm not crazy and it's actually a thing.
I mean, I am crazy... Relatively...
But it's still a thing.
I know there are Stock Whales too, but I don't know enough about 'em to comment on them.
