visiting my parents in Cali this week - its like 5.59 to 6.19 where they are and the cheapest is costco at 5.19.

i been driving my dads hybrid and it still cost me like 60 dollars to fill up like 10 gallons

Yep the gas lines at Sam's are as bad as the lines for their two dollar hot dog that go for old world prices.
