I was curious if "Frank" was "suddenly- likes-the-spotlight" Dr. Frank. I know Piton has accused Dr. Frank before...but many sided with Mr. straw-hat because he travels a lot with Lindell.

Yes, I think he's talking about Dr. Frank. I used to follow Bobby on Telegram, so I heard him talk about Dr. Frank a lot. I quit following him about a month ago only because I don't live in Illinois.
