Joe has a webbed upper ear with a a divot.
Current Biden with weird ear defect.

The hard cartilage of the ear is like a finger print. So they would have had to do surgery for such a small detail. and as you know, its not a well known defect that he has. and its only on his right ear.
I will next try and find a voice program which can tell the voices of two people apart. If it says they are the same person, there can be no denying it as this is not something that can be faked.
