I heard something about the SCOTUS ruling that law was unconstitutional, violating the First Amendment. I can understand that. The people have a right to peacefully assemble.
What I don't understand is why that law is still on the books. It's sitting there waiting for a DA to convict someone who doesn't have the time, money or fight to contest it again.
