Cold case? You are not CSI (or are you?), and unless you are intoning Biden is dead, you missed the point. Widows peak, hairline, etc. Do not change back and forth over short periods of time unless you have the worst makeup artist in the business. Or, are in fact different for another reason....

Wrinkles. Again, missed it. Trump, among others have alluded to Biden having cosmetic surgery. My point is if this is the case, wrinkles should be vanishing over time, not staying consistent. The very fact you believe you can identify them repeatedly over time strengthens the counterpoint that someone is wearing a mask, or the person is being touched up BECAUSE they want to look like Biden.

Yes. They get surgery to remove them. I can't really think of a time when his wrinkles were removed for a period of time as indicative of surgery. Can you? Also, depending on what was done, there can be an extensive healing time. When did that happen? Even minor surgery still necessitates healing over time.

The conclusion is that IMO, Trump and possibly others suggested plastic surgery to bring attention to the fact he is in fact different, and a different person.
